She is survived by: her husband James Filyaw of Madisonville, Tennessee; her daughters, Betsy Miller (Stacy) of Andrews, Jamie Lynn (Jason Smith) of Madisonville, Tennessee and Geneva McDowell (Ronnie) of Riverdale, Georgia; her siblings, Elizabeth Wells of Rossville, Georgia, Larry Chastain of Tellico Plains and John Chastain (Cindy) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Trystan Thomas (Steven), Alex Richeson, Makayla Hughes, James Filyaw McLouth (Chance) and Emmitt McDowell; and her great grandchildren, Holly and Tayburn Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
