He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tinnel and Mildred Tinnel; and his brothers, Tommy, Eddie and Danny Tinnel.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Tinnel; his sons, Steven Tinnel, Tim Tinnel (Sabrina) and Anthony Bishop; and his siblings, Debbie Tinnel, Mary Jarin, Darrell Tinnel and Earl Tinnel. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
