He is survived by: his brothers, Larry McDaniel (Margie), Jerry McDaniel (Judy) and David McDaniel (Debbie); his aunts, Nancy Garrow (Don) and Sandra Gibson; and his uncle Greeley Gibson (Iva Lee). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
