She was predeceased by : her sisters, Nancy (Johnny) Godsey, Joyce (Tee) Keck, Freda Roe and Pat Johnson King; her parents, Willis L. Rouse and Pheonie A. Rouse; and her great grandchild Layne Lawson.
She is survived by : her husband David E. Webb; her children, Stephen (Kristy) Webb, Carol (Bobby) Lawson and Julie (Butch) Bayless; her grandchildren Costa (Dan) McAlpine of Iowa, Seth Lawson of Iowa, Bre Kelley of Iowa, Silas (Hannah) Webb, Kaleb (Abby) Webb, Eli Bayless and Dallas Bayless; her great grandchildren, Ellie of Iowa, Carson of Iowa, Easton of Seymour, Rylee of Seymour and Adaline of Seymour; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Webb Creasy of Lynchburg, VA, Nancy Webb and Many. She is also survived by her sisters Hattie Carter of Powell, Judy Lester of New Tazewell, Fran Cox of New Tazewell, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and special friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Big Creek Cemetery Fund or directly to the family.
