It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia Pettegrow of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Pettegrow; her parents, LeRoy Lakeman and Mildred Lakeman; her brother James Lakeman; and her sister-in-law Mary Danforth Lakeman.

She is survived by: her son Jason Pettegrow; and her siblings, Donna Lakeman Orcutt, Grace Lakeman Garrison, David LeRoy Lakeman, Gerald Foster Lakeman and Helen Lakeman Shaw. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers or gifts to the family, please make donations to the Salvation Army in memory of Ms. Pettegrow.
