It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Hargrove Mills of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Hargrove and Margaret Hargrove; and her father-in-law Lloyd (Ike). She is survived by: her parent-in-law Jean Mills; her husband William F. Mills (Bill) of Madisonville, TN; her sons, Mark (Dana Mills), Brian (Felecia Mills) and Matthew Mills (Joshua White); her granddaughters, Megan, Elena and Anna Mills of Loudon, TN; her brother William M. (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Hargrove of Orange Park, FL, Rebecca (Becky) and Bill Starnes of Madisonville, TN..
