She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hampton of Lenoir City, Geneva Vance of Madisonville, Paul David (Melissa Ann Cuel) and Michael Cuel of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Jessie, Natalie, Brittany, Trevor, Mallory, Emma, Dakota, Sierra and Kiley; her great grandchild Noah; and her brothers, Ronnie Shaffer and Floyd Shaffer. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
