He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Raper, Raysha Howard and Ashley Holland; his grandchildren, Joe "Buddy" Jr. (Jordan Raper), Christian Raper, Autumn Raper, Lisha Dellacroce, Christopher "Bubba" Howard, Jr. and Skyler Holland; his brother Norman; his sister-in-law Melinda Nichols; and his sisters, Kay Burchfield, Connie Culberson, Nancy (Leroy Watson), Melissa (Perry Culberson) and Christina Rider. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
