“I had the opportunity to meet and get to know Charley a little later in my life in Madisonville, TN. I was drawn to him because of his infectious personality and looked forward to bonding with him. Shared some great conversations and laughs up in the chicken barn. He was always there to help someone and always had a smile on his face.
