He is survived by: his wife Susan Stamey Cline; his children, Mary Beth Winger (Jason) of Madisonville, Andy Ray Cline (Trina) of Madisonville and Joni Leah Franklin (Chris) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, William Robert Winger, U. S. Navy, Guam, Jesse Reese Winger, Mary Raylynn Cline, Jeremiah Landon Elmore, Marshall Tyler Franklin and Colin Christopher Franklin; and his siblings, Mary Etta Miller (Neil), Jane McNabb (Fred), Bennett Stakely and David Cline (Rhonda).
