She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Maxwell (Rudd); her children, Joel Maxwell and Diane Maxwell Bowers; her parents, Hiriam Ray and Ada Mae Henderson; her siblings, Reba Mae Mitchell, Carrie Lee Kile, Bertia Raye Howell, Mary Snow Margrave and Clarence Henderson; and her former husband D. G. Merrell.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn (Raymond Tyler), Carolyn (Allen Watson), Becky (Richard Tallent) and Steve; her daughter-in-law Willa Maxwell; her grandchildren, Nancy (Michael Franklin), Richard (Alice Tyler), Chuck Watson, Brian (Denice Watson), Tammy (Chris Cecil), Tracy (Chrissy Maxwell), Rudd (Alyssa Maxwell), Chris (Robin Bowers), Amy McKenzie, Jesse (Rhonda Maxwell), Ben (Layla Maxwell), David (Amy Tallent), Rachel (Rob Wall) and Andrew Tallent; and her great great grandchild Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to First Baptist Church Madisonville.
