He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Arthur and Mini Miller (Lemmons); his wife Barbara Aileen Miller; his children, Cynthia Kay Price, James Michael Miller and Stephen Lee Miller; his children-in-law, Sondra Gail Miller and Keith Hnilica; his grandchildren, James Nicholas Price, Cody Franklin Price, Caleb Zachary Miller, Caroline Grace Miller and Kimberly Shawn Skelton; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Lorine Marcus, Stephen Garrett Hammondtree, Mason Israel Price and Mia Rose Price; his caregiver Practitioners; and his friends, Albert Hall, Richard, Gail Derrick, Robert and Tammy Madison.
