It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Kenneth Osborne of Madisonville, Tennessee, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ben Osborne; his wife Mildred; his stepson Winston Tate; and his brothers, Cecil, Alex, Herman and Dennis Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy McFarland of Massachusetts, Tina Osborne Millette, Jackie Osborne Osterhaus, Chris Osborne of Calhoun, GA and Brian Osborne of Madisonville; and his sisters, Grace Partin, Wilma Bowling and Janice Bradley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
