“I worked with Kiger in Kansas City, MO & Chicago, IL for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He was a character with a kind soul. We would call each other from time to time to catch up & he would faithfully call whenever hurricanes were in my area to check on me. Always teased me about my Louisiana accent & I loved his.
