Jake William Self Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jake William Self of Madisonville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Self; his parents, Harrison Self and Lizzy; his siblings, Blonnie Case, Lula Burnett, Pearl Geddings, Helen Gibby, Faye Strickland, Nellie Hawkins and Frank Self; and his grandson John Frank.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Chris Bledsoe; his grandsons, Dylan Frank and James Frank (Jenni Lee); his great grandchildren, Raylee Frank, Zayne Frank, Jacob Frank, Jeremy Frank, Justin Frank, Layla Frank, Jayse Frank and Chandler Mason; his great great grandchild Ava Frank (Lakely Mason); his brother Samuel Self Jr.; his daughter Patty Flenniken; his granddaughter Brittany Allison; his niece Connie Reese; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Miller (Dot) and Nancy Moses. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Haven Hill Memorial Gardens (317 Sunset Dr, Madisonville, TN 37354).
