He was predeceased by: his wife Mayme Lenderman Kinser; his parents, Horace Kinser and Bertha Kinser; his great grandchildren, John and Hallie Kinser; and his brother J. C. Kinser.
He is survived by: his children, Russell (Mary Kinser), Jim (Judy Kinser), Karen (Mike Dietrich) and Mary (Kevin Hunter); his grandchildren, Reagan (Kate Kinser), Nathan (Brandy Kinser), Jill Schnortz, Adam (Jennifer Dietrich), Matthew (Britt Hunter) and Mary (Steven Locke); and his great grandchildren, Hazel Dietrich, Todd Locke, Addison, Ansley Schnortz, Andrew, Sam and Tobias Kinser.
