He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Bookout and Lucille Bookout; his sister Donna Bookout; and his brother-in-law Dennis Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bookout; his daughter Summer Bookout; his daughter-in-law William Douglas Bookout; his stepson Bobby James Hunt (Kim Hunt); and also, Bobby Joe, Felecia Bookout, Barbara Roberts, Rastus Roberts, Judy Watkins, Bobby Bookout, Rose Bookout and Lonnie Bookout. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
