He was predeceased by: his wife Christy Cornett Johnson; and his mother Dorothy Hodge Johnson. He is survived by: his father Glen Johnson; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Mike Pilkington; his nieces, Ashley and Emily Pilkington; and his great-nephew Jacob Pilkington.
