She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Cook (Ed); and her grandparents, Robert (Bob), Frances Walker, Paul and Dolly Cook of Englewood.
She is survived by: her mother Frankie Walker Cook Thomas; her daughters, Misty Dawn Kirkland of Madisonville and Cindy Hardy (Sam Hardy) of Knoxville; her stepchildren, Tim Williams and Lisa Williams of Tellico; her grandchildren, Chris Kirkland (Megan Kirkland), Bobby Joe Bookout, Daniel Gilliard, Amari, Adarius, Jeremiah Talley, David Roberts, Cody Butler, Gage Williams, Jacob Williams, Kristina Kirkland, Nevaeh Martin, Carrie Hull, Shelby Williams and Patricia Tallent; her great grandchildren, Bryson Queen, Evan Butler, Christianna Kirkland, Bariah Kirkland and Ensley Kirkland; her sisters, Patsy Cook Dunlap (Jerry Dunlap) of Cleveland, Denecial Cook Hall (Roy Hall) of Madisonville and Joy Cook Hawkins of Cleveland; her nephew Shane (Nancy Dunlap); her nieces, Amanda Hall of Madisonville and Marcia Harris Johnson (Chad Johnson) of Sweetwater; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason, Jericho, James Dunlap, Robbie Dunlap Hart, GraceLynn Dunlap, Natalie Johnson, Kaitlyn Hunt and Olivia Stover; and her sister Marie Arwood Kidd.
