He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Johnson and Beulah Johnson; and his brothers, Joe Johnson and Rick Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Anna Ray "Nanny" Johnson; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Jackie Johnson; his grandchildren, Michael (Amanda Johnson), Philip Johnson, Tesha (Justin Kirkland) and Travis (Leann Griffith); his great grandchildren, Tristan, Sophie Johnson, Hunner Johnson, Baileigh Johnson, Kylee Johnson, Kate Kirkland and Annie Kirkland; and his siblings, Maggie Shaw, Nina Freeman and Randy Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations for additional expenses.
