It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Ballard of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Ballard and Helen Ballard; his sister Peggy Martin; and his mother-in-law Shirley Derrick. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ballard; his daughters, Dr. Laken Koontz (Robert Koontz) and U. S. Navy; his nephew Ezra Martin; his father-in-law Eddie Derrick; and his friends, Marcus Lenoir, Claytor Billingsley, Barry McCowan and Lisa Latham.
