He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Morris Harris (Red) and Eula Faye Moses Hooper; his siblings, Janet Harris and Jerry Harris; and his former wife Bobbie Paulette Plemons Harris (Sissy).
He is survived by: his sons, Franklin Lloyd Harris, Jr. of Etowah and Jeffery Harris of Greenback; his grandchildren, Luke Harris and Isabell Harris; his half-siblings, Betty Bivens of Vonore, Tammy Crayne of Athens, Julie Harris of Madisonville and Ricky Hooper of Madisonville; his aunt Mildred Martin of Georgia; his uncles, Melvin Moses of Tellico Plains and Howard Moses of Madisonville; his friends, Donnie Harris of Etowah and Mark Akins of Madisonville; and his former wife Melinda Dockery of Tellico Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special cousin.
