He was predeceased by: his wife Lola Axley; and his parents, Reed Axley and Lula Axley. He is survived by: his children, Frankie (James Monger), Johnny (Kaye Axley) and Vicki Anderson (Carol Axley); his grandchildren, Greg, Steven Monger and Traci Anderson; his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Trevor Monger, Alaina and Landon Scruggs; and his close friend Cisco.
