He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his son-in-law David Vaughn of Madisonville; his sons, Kenneth (Diane Puckett) and Keith (Nita Puckett); his grandchildren, David Vaughn, Cassie Vaughn, Lee Puckett, Lisa Puckett, David Johnson, Brandon, Stephen, Ryan Puckett, Brittney Moore, Amber Carpio and Meagan Crockett; and his sister Frances Hyatt of Heflin, AL.. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
