He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stakely; his children, Sherry Dalton (Jimmy Brannon), Lesa Slusher, Wendi Stakely and Doug Stakely; his grandchildren, Courtney (David Viar), Miranda (Marcus Phillips), Storm Slusher, Keeton Stakely and Kolton Stakely; his great grandchildren, Rylan Saffles, Trystin Phillips and Kolt Phillips; his children-in-law, Tina Nash and Jeff Slusher; his siblings, Margaret Turpin, Dee Poplin, Dolly Raper, Charlotte (Randal Bruner), Vickie Phillips and C. B.; his sister-in-law Jo Stakely; his close friend Frank Hicks; and his granddaughter Whitney Saffles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
