She was predeceased by: her husband Gail L. Payne; her parents, Corbin Flanary and Eura Bush Flanary; and her sisters, Evelyn Payne and Emma Officer.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Payne Skelton (Leo Skelton), Beverly Payne Pleasants (Albert Pleasants), Lisa Payne Ingram (Brad Ingram), Roger Lee Payne and Johnny Gail Payne (Peggy Hunter Payne). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, Several nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church, Madisonville.
