She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Cook; her son Benjamin Dan Cook; her parents, Philip Hunt and Edna White Smith; and her sister Sandi Ridenour Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Misty Cook, Casey (Andy Raper), Candy (Jeremy England) and Ashley (Danny Russell); and her sister Phyllis Hunt (Caroline Thomas). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
