She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Watkins; her parents, Glen Millsaps and Roberta Casey Millsaps; her brothers, Larry Millsaps of Georgia, Jimmy Millsaps (Jinx) of Mt and Vernon; and her stepsister Denise Hensley of Englewood.
She is survived by: her son Doyle Watkins of Madisonville, TN; her sister Brenda Hall of Cleveland, TN; her brother-in-law Doug Hall of Cleveland, TN; her stepsister Alene Newman of Florida; her siblings-in-law, Tim Newman of Florida and Sherry Millsaps of Georgia; and also, Arnold Wayne, Liz Millsaps of Ringgold, Harley Millsaps, Kenneth Millsaps and Linda Millsaps of Mt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
