It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Jane Phillips (Madisonville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her friend Clayton Murphy; her daughter Stevi; her son-in-law Cory Breedlove; her son Matt; her daughter-in-law Pam Spoon Yearwood; her grandchildren, Jessica, Candace, Jake Yearwood, Jaden Driver and Andrew Breedlove; and her siblings, Janet Stiles and Vince Crowder. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
