Carlock of Madisonville; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua LaVine of Etowah, Brittany Oliver of Oregon, Tiffany LaVine of Oak Ridge, Richard Carlock of Madisonville, Denise Carlock of Madisonville, Kaysie Yearwood of Madisonville and Greg Yearwood of Madisonville. She is also survived by several great-nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
