He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Martin Garrett (Lucy); his grandson Kyser James Garrett; his parents, Alger Garrett and Pearl Roberts Garrett; and his siblings, Virginia Lewis, Helen Carpenter, J. C., Ralph, Homer, Herman, Clifford and Bobby Garrett.
He is survived by: his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Robin Garrett; his grandson Blake Garrett (Linsey Watson); his siblings, Frances Henderson and Ronnie Garrett; and his sister-in-law Diana Martin. He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
