He is survived by: his spouse Effie Dilbeck of Madisonville; his children, Kathy Romine of Cleveland, Tammy Pesterfield of Maryville, Tina Huey of Sweetwater and David Dilbeck of Cleveland; and his sisters, Cora Womac of Cleveland, Ann Graham of Niota and Pat Strout of Vonore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
