He was predeceased by: his son Steven Spradlin (Goose); his parents, Dave Spradlin and Eulene Winters Spradlin; his grandparents, Howard, Minnie Winters, Finley and Maggie Spradlin; and his sister Nancy Spradlin.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Lewis Spradlin; his daughter Leigh Ann; his son-in-law Andy Corbett; his grandchildren, Thomas Spradlin (Caitlin), Leah Spradlin, Reed and Matt Corbett; his brothers, David (Velma Spradlin) and Robert (Glenda Spradlin); his daughter-in-law Leandra (Phillip Swanson); and his daughter Savannah Swanson. He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Madisonville Police Dept.
