He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela; his son-in-law John Alise; his grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, JohnPaul and Sara Alise; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Savannah and Sabrina Alise.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hopewell Springs Baptist Church (1607 Povo Rd, Madisonville, TN 37354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Born in Palisades, Colorado, Billy spent most of his life in California until Alzheimer's disease took away his ability to live independently.
