She is survived by: her husband Stephen Robert Adcock; her children, Samantha G. Cooper of Maryville, Cory Adcock of Oliver Springs and George Pickens Jr. of Maryville; her grandchildren, Zachary Cooper of Clinton, Sherry Cooper of Clinton and Christopher Shane Cooper of North Carolina; and her siblings, Elizabeth Campbell of Maryville, Lena Teaster of California, Marshel McGill of Oklahoma, Steve McGill of Maryville and Paul McGill of California.
