It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benton James Gibson (Madisonville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Gibson and Carlene Young Gibson; his siblings, Gerald Richard, Stephen Scott, Jeffrey Lawrence and Darlene Moody; and his grandparents, Benton, Stella Young, James, Elsie Gibson and Ann Gibson.
He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra Roberts of Sweetwater; his grandsons, Walter, Aaron and Eli Fox of Sweetwater; and his siblings, Jennifer Atkins (Gary) of Madisonville, Robert Gibson of Sweetwater, Dennis Gibson (Diane) of Maryville and Christopher Gibson of Madisonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and lots of friends.
