He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Thomas Maxwell; his daughters, Megan Maxwell (Brandon Isbill), Elizabeth Kaylyn Maxwell of Knoxville, Payton (Casey Peacock) and Jordan (Cole Shiffer); his grandchildren, Baker, Baylor Isbill, Blakeli Vann, Avery, Bennett Peacock, Addison and Katarina Shiffer; his sister Robin Maxwell-Cable (Kenneth Cable); and his nephews, Tommy and Eli Mitchell.
