He is survived by: his children, Arthur "Ray" Mills Jr. (Lisa) and Katherine "Katie" Lewis; his grandchildren, Alexis, Annalise, Austin, Sadie and Gabriel; his great grandchild Khloe; his siblings, Robert Mills and Yvonne Gibson (Jerry); and his nephews, Matthew Gibson and Phillip Gibson (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Trinity Chapel (1402 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
