He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joann, Jerry Tomecko and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Allie McDaniel Capp; his children, Mackenzie, Marissa, Liam, John Michael and Ezra; his mother Frieda Keller-Monteleone; his stepfather Tony Monteleone; his father George Capp; his stepmother Peggy Capp; and his sisters, Jessica Buchanan and Tonya Provence. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
