She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Hayes, Sr.; her grandsons, Alex and Andrew Hayes; her parents, John Wade and Lillie Wade; and her siblings, Pauline Cook, Dorothy Bowles, Robert, Frank, Carl and Billy Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley (Gary Rogers), Marsha (Hector Lopez), Tammy (Kraig Miller), Lillie (Kevin Miller), Doris Hayes of Maryville, Robert Hayes of Madisonville, Tommy Hayes of Shelby, NC, Timmy (Janis Hayes) and Edward "Peewee" (Stacy Hayes); and her sister Margaret Miller. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
