She is survived by: her spouse Roy L. Johnson; her children, Lynn Johnson Keith (Earl), Lee Johnson (Roxanne) and Larry Johnson (Julie); and her siblings, Betty Rushing and Pat Nicholson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gideon's International in Yvonne's honor.
