She was predeceased by: her parents, Joycie Elizabeth and William Lloyd Yates; her son-in-law Jim Byler; and her brothers, Raymond Yates (Marie) and Melvin Yates (Marie).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia Jean Talley, Pamela Denise Hancock (Tim) and Teresa Kay Byler; her granddaughters, Jennifer Hancock and April Mingle (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Isaac Mingle and Layla Mingle; and her brothers, Earl Yates (Odell) and Kenneth Yates (Faye). She is also survived by niece and eight nephews.
