She is survived by: her father William Leptic (Pamela); her siblings, David Green (Brenda), Jeff Green (Mary), Madge Green, Tammi Dyce (Randy) and Jennifer Paty (Joe); and her stepsisters, Mitzi Ledbetter (Jeremy), Marisa Parker and Brandy Matthews. She is also survived by 5 nieces, 3 nephews.
