He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Burlile (Beth), Melody Wells (Johnny), Linda Delecurz (Jesus), Mark Riggs, Jeffery Riggs and Gloria Phillips (Weslie); and his brother-in-law Richard Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
