He was predeceased by: his parents, James Finnerty and Mary Finnerty. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Finnerty; his son Kevin Finnerty; his sister Mary Ann McQuen; and his grandchildren, Matthew Finnerty and Sarah Finnerty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
