He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Spain and AJ Spain; and his siblings, Tommy Spain and Denise Stewart. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Page (Spanky), Mike Spain, Danny Spain, Kenneth Spain (Sissy) and Jeremy Spain; his son Brandon Kelley; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Andrea Spain, Troy Page (Tonya), Ismy Allen (Lee), Jason Page (Lora), Brandi Wright (Jeremy), Mitzi Hudson (Brad), A. J. Spain (Patty), Nicole Spain (Danny), Michael Spain (Koury), Dawn Spain, Shane Spain, Dara Spain, Josh Spain, Destiny Spain (Angelo) and Scotty.
