He is survived by: his spouse Ursula Hayes; his children, Tommy Hayes and Mary Hayes; his sisters, Benny Joyce Mosier (Jim) and Katie Sue Dawson; his grandchildren, Alex Hayes, Stephanie Bennett (Brandon), Cassie Brown (Brandon) and Robert Bollin; his children, Stephanie and Cassie; his great grandchildren, Brody Bennett and Bryson Brown; his sisters-in-law, Heidi Kelly (Lawrence) and Rosie Braune (Rudy); and his friends, Lori, Pete and Kim.
