She was predeceased by: her parents, James Calvin Braswell Sr. and Lillian Cornelia Braswell; and her son Barry Dwayne Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Bennett; her son Keith Bennett of Matthews; her grandchildren, Jordan (Marileigh), Steven, Alyssa and Tabitha; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Diana and Isaac; her brother James C. Braswell Jr. (Carol); her niece Stacy (Mark); her friends, Gary, Rene Garb, Evelyn Crouch, Frances Denton and Lenora Bell; her aunt Billie Simpson; and also Jason.
