She is survived by: her parents, Charles J. Bradley (Donna) of Springfield and Sharon E. Hayes Bradley of Hendersonville; her children, Jeremy Oakley (Amanda) of Greenbrier, Chase Allen of Goodlettsville and Shayna Allen of Goodlettsville; and her grandsons, Tyler Oakley and Blake Oakley of Greenbrier.
