He is survived by: his spouse Martha Dismang (Keen); his children, Sammy Dismang, Jr. (Crystal), Jeremy Dismang and Christy Rawls (Chris); his siblings, Ronnie Dismang (Shirley), Lonnie Dismang (Kathy), Wanda Keen (Eddie), Elizabeth Moore and Bonnie Page; his grandchildren, Chloe, Jessica, Leah, Cierra, Samantha, Carson, Myla and Emily; and his great grandchild Thomas Raylee Carter. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
